Extinction Rebellion (XR) is an international organisation fighting for climate justice globally. We are the Birmingham branch.

We take action to tackle local polluters and disrupt major groups when they come to Birmingham. We also undertake community outreach and education to engage with everyone.

In XR Brum as in XR Global, we use NVDA (Non-Violent Direct Action) to pressure the worst climate offenders.

However, the climate movement is a movement of movements and we fill one space on a spectrum of activism. All of the climate movement’s achievements belong to all of us. Here are some of the groups we are proud to work with.
