Regenerative Cultures Evening 💚⏰ Thursday 11th January, 7-9 PM🧵🪡 Theme is Reset and Repair📌 The textile space is located on the first floor as you come in the main door of The Old Print Works, Balsall Heath B12 9AHWe're excited to say that @xrbirmingham are in the textile space at the @oldprintworksbrum in Balsall Heath for a clothing repair evening. We have two lovely experienced people on hand to help and advise - Hannah who's been mending her own clothes since she could weld a needle and one of the people who set up the space for people to bring their projects to, and Jo, who's an expert in darning and who also knits socks.Between the two of them and the well-stocked space, you should be able to get going to mend that piece of clothing that's been sat around just waiting for this moment.✨ If sewing or darning isn't your thing then fear not, you are still welcome to join us. We have the YearCompass booklet available for you to fill in, or you can just chat and help yourself to a hot drink.✨ They say: "YearCompass is a free booklet that helps you reflect on the year and plan the next one. With a set of carefully selected questions and exercises, YearCompass helps you uncover your own patterns and design the ideal year for yourself"✨ So we're aiming for a laid back vibe with plenty of space to chat about what's going on and show a little love to ourselves and our clothes.💚 We look forward to seeing you on Thursday!👛 Suggested donation of £4 on the door ...
